The MIT platform.
With 99x engineering behind it.
Xians ACP stays 100% open source. Commercial Support is a subscription from 99x - the team that built ACP - that wraps it with priority SLAs, security assurances, dependency upkeep, and supply-chain governance.
What's included
Six pillars of assurance.
Every item in a Commercial Support subscription maps to a concrete SLA or engineering commitment from 99x.
-
Prioritized roadmap input
Log feature requests directly with the core team. Commercial subscribers get a named quarterly review where outstanding requests are triaged and scheduled ahead of the community queue.
-
Priority support with SLAs
A named 99x engineer as your primary contact. Guaranteed initial response times and included expert hours per month - for production incidents, upgrade planning, and integration questions.
-
Hotfix & backport SLAs
Critical production issues get a committed fix timeline. Security patches and critical bug fixes are backported to your running version - you are never forced to upgrade to get a fix.
-
Continuous security assessments
Automated SAST and dependency scanning run on every commit to the Xians repos. Commercial subscribers receive private CVE advisories ahead of public disclosure, with remediation guidance.
-
Dependency upkeep & LTS builds
99x maintains a hardened build line with timely dependency updates, compatibility testing, and a Long-Term Support designation - so your deployment is never stranded on stale or vulnerable packages.
-
Supply-chain governance
All code commits from external contributors go through a mandatory maintainer review gate. Releases are cryptographically signed with a published build provenance chain, giving your security team an auditable software supply chain.
Response commitments
SLAs tailored to your needs.
99x offers standard Commercial Support tiers as well as fully custom service arrangements. Talk to us to find the right fit for your team and deployment.

Supply-chain & governance
Code you can audit.
Enterprise security teams need more than working software. They need a verifiable chain from source to deployment. Commercial Support delivers that.
-
Gated external contributions
Every pull request from outside the core team requires a signed contributor licence agreement and passes a mandatory maintainer review. No unreviewed code ships in a Commercial Support build.
-
Signed releases with provenance
All Commercial Support release artifacts are signed. A published SLSA provenance attestation lets your pipeline verify that what you downloaded was built from the exact source commit you expect.
-
Private CVE advisory window
When 99x identifies or is notified of a vulnerability affecting Xians ACP, Commercial subscribers receive a private advisory with remediation steps before the issue is made public.
-
Periodic security assessments
Beyond automated scanning, 99x conducts periodic manual assessments of the Xians codebase and infrastructure integrations, with findings shared with subscribers under NDA.
FAQ
Common questions.
-
Does the Commercial Support subscription change the MIT license?
No. Xians ACP remains MIT-licensed. Commercial Support is a separate service agreement between your organisation and 99x - it adds engineering commitments on top of the open-source project, not a different code license.
-
Can we still self-host if we have a support subscription?
Yes. Commercial Support covers the software on any infrastructure you control. You run the platform; 99x backs what runs on that infrastructure with SLAs and assurances.
-
What happens to our deployment when the subscription ends?
Nothing changes. Because the code is MIT-licensed, your running deployment is unaffected. You simply revert to community self-support for future issues and no longer receive the SLAs, security advisories, or LTS builds included in the subscription.
-
Who is 99x and why do they build Xians ACP?
99x is a software engineering services company that designs and builds digital products and platforms. Xians ACP emerged from 99x's work deploying AI agents for ISVs & enterprise customers. It was open-sourced so the wider community can benefit, and 99x offers Commercial Support as a sustainable way to fund the ongoing engineering.
-
Is pricing per seat, per deployment, or something else?
Commercial Support is priced as an annual subscription paid monthly. The exact structure - included hours, number of environments, severity thresholds - is agreed during the onboarding call. Contact us to discuss what fits your scale.
-
Can we contribute back to the community edition?
Absolutely. Contributions are welcome via the standard GitHub pull-request process. Commercial subscribers who want their contributions expedited through the review queue can raise that in their named-engineer channel.
